Thanks to the line camera's high resolution of 2048 pixels (or optionally 7500 pixels), even the smallest contaminants or press defects can be identified.
The system checks that all printed symbols and pressed features are present and correctly positioned. Furthermore, the printing quality is inspected. If printed symbols are missing or surface defects are present, they are colour-marked.
