The universal automated cyclical inspection machine with rotary indexing table is the ideal fully-automatic optical inspection solution for small products in short cycle times of 1.5 seconds.
The products are individually fed into the inspection system and automatically placed onto the rotary indexing table.
In the base version, an optical inspection station uses overhead (reflected) light for measurement. Further inspection stations are optional.
According to customer requirements, the inspection stations 3-5 can include a station for surface inspection (shine, colour, structure), a station for the inspection of planarity, and a station for the control of ridges and/or scratches.
The unit is operated over the proven image processing and operating software pi4_Control, with which new products can be taught with a minimum of effort. |
