Cell Inspection and Alignment

High-end image processing system (5 or 16 mega pixel resolution) for position detection of solar cells in a robot handling system. Also useable for inspection of cell defects. The camera looks at the blue side on the bottom of the cell. The information for position correction will be transfered directly to the robot control. In addition the quality of the cell will be checked. The robot (manufacturer IAI) is directly operated with the image processing software pi4_control. The image acquisition can be taken within a short time the robot stands still or as well as in the movement. Measuring data can be saved in a database as an optional feature.
