The palletizing robot from pi4 is a highly flexible state of the art solution for loading and unloading of pallets and containers.

The compact handling system consists of 3 cartesian linear actuators and one rotation axis with 270° maximum angle.

The products will be transported on a conveyor into the handling system. A centering station positions the products ideal for the robot.
The vacuum gripper picks the product (built in vacuum pump - no external air necessary). With up to 1,5 m/s speed the products will be placed on the pallet or in the container.

The machine is controlled with the software pi4_control. This highly flexible software gives the operator the possibility to adjust at will the product, pallet and container size. Also the operator can adjust at will (no programmer necessary !) the layer and stack schemas.
