Alongside special LED illumination, camera housings, image processing systems and automation inspection systems for fully automatic optical inspection during production, pi4_robotics offers adjustable infra-red LED illumination. With this product, the illumination can be adjusted to each specific product. Via the precise adjustment possibilities, the illumination can be configured and employed as an overhead light or as dark-field illumination. The unit is robust and has extensive fastening methods, and has a protection class IP65. The device can be powered by 12V DC or 24V DC. |

With the new 3D scanner from pi4_robotics, 3D quality control is possible even in inline operation. That is, with evaluation times of 5 seconds with an accuracy of +/- 0.1mm, the turnover is rapid enough that it no longer holds up production.
Ceramic, plastic or metallic parts up to 500x500x200 mm can be inspected. With 3D profile images stored by the system, the user can easily select the optimal inspection criteria without CAD experience, thus reducing the time required for teaching the system new product types.
The 3D scanner can inspect dimensional accuracy, product completeness and surface quality, as well as position and orientation, which can then be forwarded digitally or via ethernet, profibus. |

Der neue "ColorScan compact" von pi4_robotics ist ein kleiner Farbanalysator, Typunterscheidung von schwarzen oder anthrazitfarbenen Kfz-Teilen, Sortierung und Kontrolle von Kabeln anhand der Farbgebung oder Mustererkennung bei Textilien sind für ihn problemlos möglich. Mit bis zu zwei RGB-Farbköpfen kann das Komplettsystem insgesamt 332 Farb- und Musterwerte einlernen und wiedererkennen. Linsen-, Lichtleiter- oder andere Messköpfe ermöglichen Messabstände zwischen 5 und 60 mm. Zur Datenausgabe ist eine digitale Schnittstelle bereits integriert. Optional stehen auch Profibus, RS-485, Ethernet oder Druckerport zur Verfügung. |
